China Entrepreneurs is composed of an international team of young professionals with a clear goal to promote entrepreneurship in China. With backgrounds ranging from management, business and IT, to engineering and the arts, the team is committed to their mission of promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship in China.

Eric Schmidt is the President and Founder of China Entrepreneurs (CE). Since 2005, he has been working with venture capital and private equity investments, as well as incubating start-up companies. In 2004, sponsored by Nike and Phillips, he organized and traced Marco Polo’s route, cycling from Beijing to Venice. Prior to that, he co-founded Ivy Discovery Institute, an educational services start up. Mr. Schmidt has lived in China since 2002. He holds both a M.S. with a focus in Entrepreneurship and a B.S. in Management & Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York.
Olivia Jingshu Ji is one of China's top female leaders in the media and internet industry. She is currently the Vice President of China Entrepreneurs and President of BDP Green Technology Co. Ms. Ji was one of the first employees of Netease (NASDAQ:NTES) and played a key role in its early stages. After leaving Netease, Ms. Ji founded Culture in China, an interactive multi-media company. After a successful exit, Business Week and other media named her as the top young COO in China. In 2003, Ms Jing lead the television division for the Swiss Media Group, Ringier AG, and also served as COO of ZCOM. Ms. Ji holds a double master's degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
